Summer Camp Scholarship Application

We understand that it is difficult for some families to afford the entire cost of Chapel Students Summer Camp for their teenagers. Therefore, we try to help as much as we can. We ask that you do everything you can to cover as much of the cost as possible.

Due to the increased need for scholarships, we are only able to provide up to 50% of the total cost in scholarships. Please complete this form and wait for a response from a student pastor. Please be aware that turning in this form does not guarantee a scholarship, but we will do what we can to come alongside your family in order to make sure your student is able to join us for this incredibly important event.
